offerings
here you can find more details on what i offer in my sessions. based in the west midlands and open to every body.

core strength vinyasa
we don't do cookie cutter poses in csv - learn how to check in with your own body whilst building strength and fluidity as we get back in touch with our foundations and quite literally flow through our poses, leaving our bodies feeling the best way!

myofascial release
our fascia is truly amazing! our internal ninja webbing, it gives our bodies their strength and flexibility, but in today’s world it has a tendency to stiffen up whilst we’re sat in front of screens.
this practice helps to release and lubricate, bringing the flow back into our bodies.

yoga nidra
a guided meditation, taking a journey through the breath and the senses; allowing a deep sense of relaxation and restoration outside of our busy lives.

yin & restorative yoga
these are both amazingly beautiful practises that i share together or alone.
yin helps our bodies to surrender; helping us to strengthen and find fluidity.
restorative allows us to fully relax and let go with the support from props; guiding our bodies into gentle relaxation.

yoga shred
yoga with a twist! an upbeat, high energy flow to get the body moving! think yoga intertwined with hiit! you’ll thank me later!

reiki
a gentle therapy that aims to facilitate the body’s natural healing abilities. channeling universal life energy, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.
your questions
i've never done yoga before, can i join?
absolutely! the styles i facilitate are suitable for absolutely every body, no matter your background. it's all about feeling into your body and moving in ways that work best for you, we're not looking for a 'perfect' pose - there is no such thing!
classes are suitable for anyone who is 16+ and not pregnant - for anyone else falling into these categories i can recommend teachers trained in these areas.
do i need any equipment?
equipment is provided for classes at empower studio, however at all other venues students need to provide their own. as well as i mat, i would recommend blocks, a bolster, and a strap. if these aren't accessible to you, you can always use whatever you have around, so cushions, books, scarves.
also bring whatever you need to feel comfy, whether that be blankets, fluffy socks, eye pillows! you can never have too many props!
do you offer 1:1 sessions?
yes!
please contact me and we can have a chat around what you'd like to focus on!
