hi, i'm bex!

yoga is something i have practised on and off for years, never truly finding that consistency with my practice or ever feeling like i 'fit in' with the yoga aesthetic.
however, following a particularly tough time with my mental health it was yoga and other somatic practices that, quite literally, saved me. and as a massive geek, i decided to further my knowledge by completing my yoga teacher training...

several years down the line i'm on my way to completing my 500hrs YTT, as well as dabbling in other modalities, including pilates, reiki, somatics, massage, and sound healing, as i've discovered i really love to hold space for others in these amazing practices.
​
teaching has well and truly become my happy place, and i'm over the moon that you would like to share with me in this!

everyone is quite literally welcome in this space; no matter your background, whether you think you aren't flexible enough (no such thing), that you don't have the time (no such thing), that you don't deserve nurturing (definitely no such thing!) i hope you find what you need here x
