Designed to warm the body, helping to loosen and lengthen muscles, building strength through flow

A special candlelit two-hour evening session where we take a journey through the seasons via yin and restorative yoga, rounding off with a restful yoga nidra and sound bath

BOOKING INFORMATION

My most up-to-date timetable is always available on my Instagram, where I share the latest class times, workshops and schedule updates. Some venues manage their own bookings, so please see the information below before reserving your space. Flow Movement events, workshops and private sessions can be booked directly.

The Pilates Girl classes are booked through their app. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I'm completely new to yoga. Can I join?

Absolutely. All classes are welcoming and suitable for absolutely anybody, including beginners aged 16+ and not pregnant. You'll always be encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to your body. 

What should I bring?

Equipment is provided for sessions at The Pilates Girl and The Yoga Barns. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat. You are welcome to bring extra props, a blanket and an eye mask if you have them. 

 

How do I book?

Some classes can be booked directly through Flow Movement, while others are booked through the venue hosting the class.  

 

Do you offer 1:1 sessions? 

Yes! Please contact me, and we can have a chat about what you'd like to focus on.

FLOW BOOKING POLICY

Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Classes, workshops and events are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours before your booking.

One reschedule is permitted with sufficient notice.

Cancellations made within 72 hours and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

If Flow Movement needs to cancel a class or event, an alternative session will be offered wherever possible.

If this isn't suitable, you'll receive a full refund.
