Hi, I'm Bex

Yoga has been a part of my life on and off for years.

 

For a long time, I struggled to find consistency in my practice and never really felt like I fit the stereotypical yoga mould. But during a particularly challenging period with my mental health, yoga and other somatic practices became a lifeline. Quite literally, they helped me find my way back to myself.​ Being a bit of a self-confessed geek, I wanted to understand more about why these practices were so powerful, so I decided to complete my Yoga Teacher Training.

​

Several years later, I've now completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and have expanded my learning into a range of complementary modalities, including Pilates, Reiki, somatics, massage, and sound healing. Along the way, I've discovered that what I truly love is holding space for others to explore, heal, move, rest, and reconnect through these practices.

​

Creating welcoming, supportive spaces especially for women has become one of my greatest joys, and I'm so grateful that you're considering sharing part of your journey with me.​ Everyone is genuinely welcome here. No matter your background, experience, body shape, age, or ability. If you think you're not flexible enough (there's no such thing), don't have enough time (also not true), or feel like you don't deserve to be nurtured and supported (definitely not true), this space is for you.

My hope is that you'll find exactly what you need here, whether that's movement, stillness, connection, healing, strength, or simply a moment to breathe.

I love mantras & I love how Bex makes them part of her class. She clearly has a spiritual side, and it shone throughout the practice. It was a wonderful session & I felt great.

One of the standout moments (of the wellbeing festival) for me was the hour-long CSV yoga session led by the incredible Bex. It was honestly one of the best yoga sessions I've ever attended! Bex guided us through a series of poses that left us feeling strong & rejuvenated.
