Service Description
a two hour journey beginning with a yin and restorative yoga session to ease into the body, smoothing out all of those tense edges, and culminating with a restful yoga nidra and soundbath to calm the mind.

Cancellation Policy
Upon booking all participants will be required to complete a health declaration; this must be completed at least 72 hours before your session, if not received session will be void and charged at full price. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required at time of booking. Any outstanding amount will be due on the day of the session. If the booking is rescheduled more than 5 working days prior to the original date, the deposit can be transferred to the new date. If the booking is rescheduled between 5 working days and 24 hours prior to the session, an additional 25% deposit will be required. If the booking is rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the session, a new deposit will be required. If the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the entire session fee will be due. If Flow Movement has to cancel or reschedule at any point, then in the first instance we will accommodate a new time and date, if this is not possible then your deposit will be refunded in line with standard banking timescales. Mats and blocks are provided but dependent on what is being practised you may need to provide additional equipment; this will be discussed at time of booking.
